Processing Time
At AdventureRVMattress.com, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Order cut off time is 9AM. Custom or specialty orders may require additional time, but we’ll keep you updated as it’s happening.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates may vary for oversized items, expedited shipping, or delivery to remote areas. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, ensuring your mattress arrives in top condition.
Estimated Delivery Time
Before your mattress ships, our max handling time is 10 business days. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location or carrier delays beyond our control. For custom mattress sizes, delivery may take an additional 7-10 business days.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships from our plant in Glendale, Arizona, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment. If you have questions about tracking or need assistance, please reach out to our support team.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care to ensure your mattress arrives safely. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement if needed.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the continental United States. We also ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and US Military addresses. For areas we do ship to on a standard basis that are outside of the continental United States, we add a $250 per item charge to cover all taxes, fees, customs, duties, and handling. For inquiries about international shipping for countries or territories not mentioned above, please contact our team directly.
