Unlike many other brands, our mattresses are made with premium, USA-sourced materials and are built to withstand the rigors of travel. We offer a variety of comfort options and sizes to fit every RV layout, and each mattress is designed to provide exceptional support and comfort, just like a mattress at home.

Yes! You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just give our customer service team a call, and we’ll be happy to help.

Of course! Just give us a call and we’ll work with you to find the perfect mattress size to fit your RV and meet your comfort needs.

Absolutely! You can use a different shipping address from your billing address. Just make sure the shipping address is able to accept FedEx packages, and we’ll get your mattress delivered wherever you are.

Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for your mattress to arrive. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your mattress ships, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Yes, our mattresses are carefully compressed, folded, and rolled for shipping and securely packaged for transit. This allows for easy handling and efficient delivery through FedEx, and once unboxed, your mattress will expand to its full size.

We’re pleased to offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 states! For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, additional shipping charges will apply. Contact us if you’d like more details on shipping options and costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Adventure RV mattress! That’s why we give you a full year to make sure it’s the perfect fit for your travels.

  1. 30-100 days after receiving your mattress
    If, after trying your mattress for at least 30 days, you’re not completely satisfied, contact us, and we’ll guide you through donating your mattress to a registered non-profit charity of your choice. You’ll need to contact us before donating to receive a Donation Authorization (DA), which is required for processing your refund. Once we’ve received the donation receipt and verified the donation, we’ll issue your refund.  And someone in need gets a mattress!  Everyone wins!  If you need help finding a charity, we’re happy to assist!

  2. After 100 days
    If you’re seeking a refund after the 100-day mark, we’ll ask you to return the mattress directly to us in Colorado.  Since you won’t be able to fit it back in the original box, we’ll send you a return kit so you can use a vacuum cleaner to shrink it back down to a smaller size.  You must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address before shipping your mattress back. The mattress must be postmarked by day 365 and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a $99 restocking fee.  

We reserve the right to deny a comfort trial if our policies are not followed or if it is being used as a way to secure a refund for issues that would not typically qualify for one.

Note: Each customer or household is eligible for one sleep trial or exchange. Sleep trials are available exclusively for first-time customers, regardless of whether a different mattress is purchased in subsequent orders.

*Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable. Customers in these regions will receive a full refund for the product, excluding the cost of shipping.

If your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll help you initiate a claim and ensure that you receive a replacement promptly.

If the mattress doesn’t fit your RV, you can return it for a different size—each order is eligible for one return. Just let us know, and we’ll help you arrange the return and reorder the correct size. Please note, however, that only one return per order is permitted.

Yes, if you find that the firmness or size isn’t quite right after trying it out, you’re eligible for one exchange per order. Just reach out to our Customer Service team, and they’ll assist you with initiating a return and placing a new order for the mattress that best suits your needs.

Mattress Care & Maintenance

Our RV mattresses come with sewn-on covers, which means they’re spot-clean only. Simply use a mild detergent and damp cloth to clean any spots or stains, and allow the area to air dry completely.

Our mattresses are one-sided, so flipping isn’t necessary. However, rotating your mattress periodically can help distribute wear evenly and extend its lifespan.

To prevent moisture buildup, consider using our Hypervent Aire-Flow Moisture Barrier, which raises the mattress to allow airflow underneath, helping to reduce condensation.

Yes, our mattresses are compatible with heated blankets and mattress pads, so you can stay warm and cozy on cooler nights.

Warranty

At Adventure RV Mattress, we’re committed to providing top-quality products and service. All our mattresses come with a warranty from the date of delivery, with most models covered for 20 years and our Adventure Bunk mattress covered for 10 years.

20-Year Warranty (Adventure Max, Adventure Plus, and Adventure):
For the first 10 years, we offer a full warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. During the remaining 10 years, you’ll receive a replacement at 50% of the mattress’s current price.

10-Year Full Warranty (Adventure Bunk):
The Adventure Bunk mattress is backed by a 10-year full warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship throughout the entire warranty period.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural defects or deterioration in foam cell structure
  • Splitting or cracking with normal use
  • Comfort impressions over 1.5 inches
  • Sagging, if the mattress is properly supported by a foundation with minimal flex and center support (e.g., platforms, slats, box springs, or adjustable bases)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal changes in softness or recovery time after the break-in period
  • Mattress fabric wear and tear, stains (stains will void the warranty), bed height, sheet fit, and comfort impressions under 1.5 inches
  • Damage from improper foundations, such as old or unsupported box springs or slats more than 4 inches apart
  • Handles and minor loose threads (handles are decorative only)

For best performance, use our mattresses with a solid support foundation like slatted or solid platforms with slats no more than 4 inches apart. Improper foundations may void the warranty, and proof of a suitable foundation may be required for claims.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It doesn’t cover stains, abuse, burns, moisture damage, or other physical damage. If you have questions about foundations or anything else, please contact us—we’re here to help!

Accessories:

  • 1-year warranty on sheets
  • 3-year warranty on pillows and mattress protectors
  • 3-year limited parts replacement for foundations
  • 2-year limited parts replacement for adjustable bases

We know dealing with old mattresses can be a hassle, so while we don’t offer a direct removal service, we’re happy to share some helpful options! Third-party services like GoLoadUp.com and ByeByeMattress.com offer mattress removal for a fee. Additionally, platforms such as Go Load Up and TaskRabbit provide setup and removal services at an additional cost.

Note: Our mattresses are intended to be used in recreational vehicles.  California’s mattress takeaway program and recycling fees for CA, CT, RI, and OR do not apply as “car beds” are exempt.
