Returns are accepted on products that are new and/or slightly used within 365 days.

All returns are considered the currency of United States Dollars (USD).
Return labels are the customer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, and we cannot provide a remake or warranty replacement when a mattress was made to the dimensions ordered but does not fit the intended space.

That’s why we give you a full year to make sure it’s the perfect fit for your travels.
Each customer or household is eligible for one sleep trial or exchange. Sleep trials are available exclusively for first-time customers, regardless of whether a different mattress is purchased in subsequent orders.
Here’s how it works:
30-100 days after receiving your mattress
If, after trying your mattress for at least 30 days, you’re not completely satisfied, contact us, and we’ll guide you through donating your mattress to a registered non-profit charity of your choice. You’ll need to contact us before donating to receive a Donation Authorization (DA), which is required for processing your refund. Once we’ve received the donation receipt and verified the donation, we’ll issue your refund. And someone in need gets a mattress! Everyone wins! If you need help finding a charity, we’re happy to assist!After 100 days
If you’re seeking a refund after the 100-day mark, we’ll ask you to return the mattress directly to us in Colorado. The mattress must be returned clean and undamaged. We reserve the right to deny the comfort trial if our policies are not followed or if the trial is used as a substitute for a refund on issues that are otherwise ineligible. You must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address before shipping your mattress back. The mattress must be postmarked by day 365 and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a $99 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to deny a comfort trial if our policies are not followed or if it is being used as a way to secure a refund for issues that would not typically qualify for one.
Customers are eligible for one 365-Night Comfort Trial per household across the MattressInsider family of brands, including MattressInsider.com, AdventureRVMattress.com, and SofaBedMattress.com. Trial eligibility does not reset when purchasing from a different MattressInsider-owned website.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for the 365-Night Guarantee.
*Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable. Customers in these regions will receive a full refund for the product, excluding the cost of shipping.
