Washing Instructions
Encasement should be washed separate in cold or warm water. Please do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove sheet promptly from dryer.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Our encasements are made to order by hand and currently ship from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. As soon as your encasements leave our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Unless requested, FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery. Please allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas. For details, call 844-331-7378.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Return Policy
If for whatever reason (or no reason) your mattress encasement does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money less round trip shipping costs. Simply call us to let us know you want to return it and we will provide you with a shipping address. If shipping is being offered free, customer will be responsible for what FedEx charged us to ship it to you.
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
