Warranty Coverage

1. Warranty Duration: Most of our RV mattresses, bunk mattresses, sheets, encasements, toppers, and aireflows come with a robust warranty. The specific duration and terms of the warranty vary by product and are detailed on each product’s page.

2. What’s Covered: Our warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the material and workmanship of the product. This includes problems like significant sagging not resulting from improper use or handling, flaws in the mattress that cause the material to split or crack, and manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly of the mattress cover.

3. What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, changes in softness or resilience (which are normal and do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress), or issues relating to personal comfort preferences. Damage resulting from using an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base is also not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Initiating a Claim: If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant photographs of the defect.

2. Assessment: Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will review the information provided and may require additional details or photographs. We may also arrange for an inspection to assess the product.

3. Resolution: If we determine that your claim is covered by our warranty, we will either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable model.

 

Additional Terms

1. Limitations: This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty starts from the date of original purchase.

2. Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand purchases. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.

3. State Variations: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
